In The Sun Wall Lamp is a tribute to Louis XIV of France also called the Sun King. It was when one of the rooms in Versaille Castle was to be renovated that the designers Dominique Perrault and Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost came up with the idea for the tribute. The collection exudes elegance, festivity and warmth. There is a thin mesh screen around the light source that spreads the light in an moody way. In The Sun is available in various combinations of silver and gold. The polished plate reflects the light beautifully.
